Surrounded by a green park, Chia Village overlooks to  Su Giudeu beach, symbol of Chia Laguna Resort. The large rooms are ideal for families with children. The hotel offers many facilities dedicated to babies and teenagers designed for help parents and to allowed soft entertainment in a international environment.

Location
Located in the beautiful Costa del Sud approx. 50 Km from Cagliari, Chia Chia Village is part of the Chia Laguna Resort. Within a short distance there are all the most beautiful and famous beaches in the area: Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla and Tuerredda. The Resort belongs to the village of Domus de Maria, which is approx. 6 Km from the hotel. Only at 18 km from Chia there is Pula and at ca. 50 km the airport Cagliari - Elmas.

Hotel
Especially suitable for families with children, the Chia Village is a peaceful oasis surrounded by Mediterranean gardens where children can run happy and carefree. Chia Village is part of the Chia Laguna Resort, which includes 3 hotels (Chia Village, Baia Chia and the Hotel Laguna) for a total of about 500 rooms, luxury villas and 3 high quality condos. The Chia Village is the most suitable for couples or families with children. The cottages surround the various services that the hotel offers such as swimming pools, restaurants, the mini club and the wellness center.

Rooms
The 300 rooms / cottages of the Chia Village are surrounded by lush vegetation and are able to meet the needs and different requirements of the guests. They are furnished in a Sardinian Mediterranean style with light pastel colors and are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar, Internet access, private bathroom with shower and, in some solutions, even with a bath. They are divided into: Classic Cottage, Cottage Garden, Superior Rooms, Family Cottage and Interconnecting rooms. 
Most of the Classic Cottage are located on the top floor of a cottage with two floors and have views over the village. A small number of them are on the ground floor. The Garden Cottage rooms are located on the ground floor of the Cottage on two floors, have a small garden just in front of the entrance which is equipped with a table and chairs. They are also suitable to accommodate a third bed or cot (children under 12 years of age do not pay the surcharge). 
The Superior rooms of the Chia Village are spacious and bright thanks to the large windows looking out over the private garden furnished with table and chairs. Even in this room it can be accommodated up to three people (children under 12 years without surcharge). 
For families, the most suitable accommodation in Chia Village is the Family Cottage, a comfortable room that can accommodate 4 persons (min/max 4 people). This room consists of a ground floor room and an open loft accessed by a stairway. Some of these rooms have two bathrooms. Prices on request.
Connecting rooms are a good alternative to the Family Cottage. These rooms can accommodate 4 guests (min/max 4 people) in two rooms, each with a bathroom. Especially suitable for families with two adults and two children, offer enough space and comfort for a relaxing holiday in total freedom. Prices on request.

For Families
Chia Baby Welcome is a new service offered to the families and available for children from 4 months up to 3 years of age (up to 35 months). 

The Chia baby Welcome Service consists of:

-    A Baby Stroller (provided at reception)
-    A Baby Kit (provided in the bedroom) with: Baby bed, Baby Changing-table, Milk heather, Plastic bath, bath toys. Furthermore you will receive a no risk bedroom (electronic plugs) and all baby items are sterilised.
-    A Baby Corner (provided in the restaurant) with: mineral water for children, homogenized food, microwave at disposal, set to sterilize the Baby’s feeding, Milk heather, Mixer, Highchair, Baby dishes, throw away bib-feeder.

The benefit of the Baby Welcome is easy: much less luggage to pack and carry!

The Chia Baby Welcome has no extra charge! 

Extra charges will be applied for the nursery and babysitting.

Important: The service must necessary be requested at the time of booking. It is not offered automatically, as many parents prefer to use their own strollers and equipment.  

Restaurant
Renovated in 2010, the restaurant dedicated to the guests of the Village, the Bougainville, offers a rich breakfast and abundant dinners buffet-style with typical dishes of local and national cuisine.
In the Bougainville there is also the children restaurant (Bimbi Restaurant), where special menus conceived for them are served in an environment designed especially for children, and a corner dedicated to teenagers.

The guests can take advantage of the Chia Laguna Resort Dine-Around program that allows customers who chose the half-board treatment to dine in a different restaurant every day (the service is on request and foresees an extra charge depending on the restaurant) in order to taste the gastronomic specialties prepared by the excellent chefs of the Resort. A special children's menu is available in all restaurants.

Services & Activities
Among the various services offered by the Chia Laguna Resort there are: the swimming pool, the children's pool at the kids club, nursery, kids club and babysitting, the train to the beach with open carriages that  connects every 15 minutes to the equipped beach of the hotel, which is approx. at 700 meters, the wellness center offering various beauty treatments and massages, gym, evening entertainment in the Piazza degli Ulivi, pharmacy, shops, restaurants and a pizzeria in the Piazza Sardegna, golf and tennis lessons in the clubs of the resort, water sports, excursions, mountain bike rental, a choice of 7 restaurants for dinner.
Other services for children:  baby changing in public areas, entertainment, Nursery (for children to sleep during the day), Babysitting.
