S'Arenada Hotel is located in the plain of campus, just 5 minutes from the town of Villasimius. The long and beautiful beach of Campus is located a few km away and is reachable in a few minutes. Villasimius is a fabulous place to spend your holidays: known for the transparency of its waters and the beauty of its vegetation, is located just 50 Km away from Cagliari.

Rooms
S'Arenada Hotel offers only 8 rooms, all with private bath, divided between double and single. The rooms are furnished in sophisticated soft colors and are equipped with modern amenities.

Restaurant
S'Arenada Hotel does not have a catering service for lunch and dinner. It offers a rich breakfast buffet which can be tasted on the veranda, enjoying the warmth of the early morning and the scents of plants of the garden in front. The staff of S'Arenada Hotel is naturally at your disposal for advice and suggestions on the best restaurants and clubs in the area.

Services & Activities
For guests who choose to visit the area by car, there is a large private parking area at guests’disposal. The entire structure is covered by ADSL-WIFI network. Moreover, upon request, the hotel offers the following services: booking for excursions, rent bikes, scooters, bicycles.

Tourist tax: The City of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax of € 1.00 per person/night (excluding children under 10 years) to be paid on spot. The tax applies to the year 2012, from 01.06.2012 to 30.09.2012.
