Location
The Hotel Le Dune is located at the East-Coast – on the Costa Verde a nature wild area – in between of Capo Pecora and Capo Frasca. The hotel is directly on the beach and around 150m from the sea away. The location Ingurtosu together with Montevecchio was one of the most important mine is area of Sardinia until the mid of the last century.

This mine-village was populated up to 5000 people until the end of the sixties and it was the head office of all mine of Ingurtosu and Gennamari. From its importance back to history, the UNESCO declared this region of industrial mines as archaeological monuments and the whole territory “World Heritage”.  Very nice beaches and close to reach are Scivu, S’Acquarucci and Torre die Corsari.

Hotel
From an old country house of the mine around the year 800, this unique and magnificent hotel has been built, it is a peaceful place away from the tourism of mass. The hotel Le Dune has two restaurants, an American Bar with an assortment of tees and an exquisite coffee Ginseng, a TV-room and a Wellness-Centre. 

The main restaurant is open the whole year and offers their guest a variety of delicious Sardinian plates and during the summer season the other restaurant open-air is open for lunch time with a great buffet. The Chef Michele Angelo Podda and the Sommelier Roberto Lai are personally in charged of the cuisine and best selection of wine sorts.

Rooms
The Hotel Le Dune has 26 Standard and Superior double rooms (on request a 3rd or 4th bed can be added) located on the ground floor and at the first floor of the main building and the 10 Standard rooms, twin or double bedded, do face either the “Piazzetta Ponente” or the “Piazzetta delle Ancore” . All rooms have a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, mini fridge and central air condition. the Superior rooms are more spacious and have a divan. Beach towels are against charge and can be taken by the reception.

The spacious Suite, fulfilled with light, with frontal sea view and lateral view on the dunes is an ideal accommodation for couples who like to spend their holiday on a more comfortable area. The Suite is on the 1st floor and has one bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi, walk in wardrobe, a living room and all amenities as the normal rooms.

Wellness-Centre
Dr. Carlo Palitta and the qualified staff do offer a various treatments for beauty and traditional massages to enhance your relaxing stay on this beautiful peaceful spot of land.

How to reach Hotel Le Dune
The hotel Le Dune distance is around 100 km from the Airport Cagliari. Take the road direction Arbus, from Arbus follow the signs for Ingurtosu and around the last 7 km you have to follow a secondary road – not asphalted – along the street there are nice holm oak and elder trees. It takes around 2 hours drive.
