Location 
The Lanthia Resort is in Santa Maria Navarrese, in the Ogliastra Province, in the middle of the eastern Sardinian coast. The mountains on the back and the sea in front of the gaze make of this uncontaminated and beautiful place an unique corner of Sardinia. The sandy beach and the sea are only a few steps away from the Lanthia Resort. The connections with Olbia, Alghero and Cagliari international airports are guaranteed by a transportation net.

Hotel
The building of the Resort Lanthia is perfectly embedded in a marvellous landscape in harmony with nature. The architect Luca Mereu has developed a project for a new conceptual space, involving both body and soul. The hotel, a stone building dating back to the early ‘60s, has been recently restored. Each of the 28 rooms of the hotel is dedicated to a town in Sardinia. There is also a restaurant, bar, lounge and an outdoor swimming pool, all facing the sea of Santa Maria Navarrese.

Rooms
The Lanthia Resort disposes of 28 rooms and suites. Each room is equipped with all the modern comforts such as TV with LCD screen, satellite channels, high speed internet access, direct dial telephone, laptop size safe, mini bar and air conditioning. 

Classic – the Classic rooms Mamoiada, Nuoro, Desulo, Fonni and Oliena dispose of a king size bed with bathroom and shower. 
Deluxe – the Deluxe rooms denominated Desulo, Nuoro, Mamoiada, Oristano, Ottana, Orgosolo, Pula, Dorgali and Selargius dispose of a king size bed, bathroom with shower, a private terrace or veranda.
Siligo Executive – the Siligo Executive, disposes of a king size bed with bathroom and shower and a private terrace. 
Bitti Executive – the Bitti Executive disposes of a king size bed, bathroom with bathtub and a private  veranda.
Oristano Executive – the room Oristano Executive disposes of a king size bed with bathroom and double basin, shower and sitting corner with a couch.
Junior Suite Lotzorai – the Lotzorai Junior Suite disposes of two single beds and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Junior Suite Ottana –  the Ottana Junior Suite disposes of a king size bed, a sitting corner and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Junior Suite Baunei – the Baunei Junior Suite disposes of a king size bed, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a relax area and a private veranda. 
Suite Orgosolo – the Orgosolo Suite disposes of a king size bed, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a separated sitting room with couch and private terrace.

Beach
The sandy beach and the enchanting sea of Santa Maria Navarrese are just a few steps away from Lanthia Resort. The guests have at their disposal a beach equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds.

Restaurant
The restaurant Montera surprises the guests with dishes prepared with fantasy and high quality products respecting the regional cooking tradition. Meals for children are at consuption, to be paid on spot.
