Located in Alghero, one of the most appreciated Sardinian holiday destinations, Villa Mosca Exclusive dominates the breathtaking panorama on Capo Caccia and is located just a few minutes from the old town. Due to its location, guests at Villa Mosca can breathe the scent of the sea and enjoy the charming ancient atmosphere of Sardinian Barceloneta (so named after the conquest of the Catalan-Aragon).

A flourished Mediterranean garden surrounds the estate; the large windows and the Art Nouveau style, the interior design and the comfort of its rooms creates a feeling of uniqueness and linearity between interior and exterior, architecture and nature. The most advanced technologies are well combined with the tradition and are designed to respect this historic property safeguarded by cultural and architectural assets.

In the garden there are a Jacuzzi pool (36°) and an equipped sun terrace with chaise-lounge.

Each room of Villa Mosca provides satellite TV 32", mini fridge, air conditioning, telephone, safe, additional pillows, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, slippers, make-up mirror, complimentary toiletries. The rooms and common areas (indoor and outdoor) are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi connection.

Villa Mosca is perfect to accommodate up to 21 people. It has 6 double rooms which differ in typology and sizes and are located in the different floors of the villa and mansard roof, with own bathroom and sea or garden view. At about 20 meters distance from the Villa and surrounded by the greenery, there are 3 independent “Villini” which dispose of the same comforts of the rooms. Each "Villino" has a double room, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, small patio equipped with table and chairs.
