In the garden there are many terraces and verandas with sun beds, couches and umbrellas, a large barbecue area and a fully equipped gym, parking place and laundry area.

Villa Soledad disposes of several types of accommodations.

The Interior Master Unit is composed by a 90 sqm Master Suite, 1 shower bathroom, 1 Jacuzzi bathroom, walk-in closet and wide terrace; a Minor Suite with bathroom and roof garden; a Suite in the first floor with bathroom, walk-in closet, large library room and fully equipped gym. The Interior Master Unit disposes also of a wide living room (140 sqm) and of a kitchen (35 sqm).

Villa Soledad is also composed by a Tower Major Suite (with double room and bathroom) as well as a Guests House (with 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms and terrace).
