CONDITIONS 2012

High Season (July/August)

½ day (9:30 am – 1:00 pm): Euros 2.000,00      
1 day (9:30 am – 6:00 pm): Euros 3.400,00      
1 week: Euros 20.000,00

Medium Season (June/September)

½ day (9:30 am – 1:00 pm): Euros 1.650,00      
1 day (9:30 am – 6:00 pm): Euros 2.800,00      
1 week: Euros 16.950,00

Low Season (Rest of the year)

½ day (9:30 am – 1:00 pm): Euros 1.500,00      
1 day (9:30 am – 6:00 pm): Euros 2.400,00      
1 week: Euros 15.200,00

Charter Prices as indicated include: 
 a) The Boat for the referring period; 
 b) A professional Crew on board working for you;   
 c) Insurances in conformity to law; 
 d) Embarkation/disembarkation linen; 
 e) Shuttle service from or to Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, (if requested); 
 f) IVA (Italian Value Added Tax).
   
Not included in the price: 
 a) Fuel (at consumption); 
 b) Ship store (if requested); 
 c) Catering service (if requested); 
 d) Berth-ship.

Payment conditions:

•    50% of the total amount of the charter at the confirmation of the booking by means of bank wire or credit card
•    50% 30 days prior to embarkation

With the payment, these two quotas need to be paid (only for charters longer than 1 day):

•    A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) 30% of the charter price: The A.P.A covers the cost of fuel, food, wines and liquors, dockage, communications, etc. Any A.P.A not used will be refunded to the client at the end of the charter. On the other hand, if expenses exceed the A.P.A (maybe excessive cruising, so high fuel costs, requests of rare liquors, etc.) the client will be expected to reimburse the yacht leaving the charter.
•    Caution 20% of the charter price: the caution is 100% refundable at the end of the charter in case no damage, which can be ascribed to the Guests, occurred to the boat. The caution can be paid by credit card before embarking (it is possible to leave a white credit card slip that will be destroyed at the end of the charter).
