The hotel is only 2 Km away from the little fishing Village of Villassimius and its touristic port and at circa 55 Km for the international airport of Cagliari.

Surrounded by Mediterranean “macchia”, the Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna property cover 11 Hectar of land divided from the sea from a salted lake. The hotel is just 2 kilometers from the lively town of Villasimius and 55 Km away from the  international airport of Cagliari Elmas.

Rooms
275 rooms divided in 3 floors with 5 elevators. 128 rooms are standard with 2 bed in it, 131 are superior (2-3 beds), 4 Suites and 11 Junior Suites. The rooms can be on the garden side or sea side and all have either balcony or terrace, air condition and central heating, direct line, Internet, satellite TV and safebox in the room.
Classic - 20 square meters with shower, 2 beds, balcony ore terrace
Superior - Bay or Garden view - 25 to 30 square meters with shower and bath tube, with 2 or 3 beds. Classic and Superior room have the same furniture, the main difference is the dimension
Deluxe - Bay or Garden view - 30 to 35 square meters with shower and bath tube, balcony or terrace
4 Suite (Marina1, Marina2, Fiorentina, Baldacchino) garden side, 35 to 70 mq.

Beach
The hotel is only 500 m from a fine white sandy beach, considered as one of the most beautiful of the entire island. 

Wellness Centre
The Thalasso-therapy Center at Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna is directly connected to the hotel, and represents the highlihgt in the services of this hotel. The center is opened daily, except Sunday afternoon, and allows clients to begin any treatement every day of the week.

For Families
The Hotel Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna organizes (payable locally) Mini Club services for the little guests of the Hotel, divided into age groups between 4 and 6 years and between 6 and 12 years.

Restaurant
The Hotel Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna offers an international cuisine at the Restaurant “La Veranda” with its terrace which enjoy a beautiful view over the swimming pool, the sea, the salted lake and the nearby hills. The half board includes breakfast and dinner at “La Veranda”, drinks are at extra costs to be paid on spot. The “Mediterraneo” Restaurant, located along the swimming pool, is opened for lunch and it offers to its guests a light carte. During lunch time, is also possible to stay at Bar Piscina where mixed salads,,steak houses and sandwiches can be found. The “I Ginepri” restaurant is located directly by the beach. At lunch time it offers a light carte or buffet with local fish specialities. For dinner time is requested to book in advance.

Sport
The Hotel Pullman Timi Ama Sardegna is proud to offer its sporting guests the following services: 4 tennis grounds, a multipurpose court and a fitness center with body building equipment, rental bikes and quads, possibility to play football, jogging track, petanque, archery, volleyball facilities. Very popular are also the services and water sports available at the beach: kayaking, pedal boats, boat excursions, wind surfing facilities, sailing facilities, snorkelling and scuba diving centre.

Services & Activities
The lively heart of the hotel is enriched by a beautiful swimming pool with sweet water. Along the swimming pool are at clients’ disposal sunbeds, umbrellas as well as the open air buffet restaurant “La Veranda” and the “Bar Piscina”. A large car park and the opportunity to book interesting excursions are also available.

Tourist tax: The City of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax of € 2.00 per person/night (excluding children under 10 years) to be paid on spot. The tax applies to the year 2012, from 01.06.2012 to 30.09.2012.
