History
Antonio Figus, chef executive and cooking teacher, has created a small piece of heaven in the heart of  Quartu Sant'Elena by converting an old “Campidanese” house (typical old houses from southern Sardinia) into a wellknown restaurant: Hibiscus Restaurant in Quartu Sant'Elena

 

Cooking
Among the dishes created by the chef, we suggest you to try “ pecorino in salsa di crescione e bottarga”, small ravioli with red onion and butter with goat cheese,  “bocconcini di rana pescatrice con carciofi e uova di riccio”, melted goat cheese with honey. The delicious desserts are a must at the Hibiscus Restaaurant.
