Location
The Villa del Mare has an enviable location, just a few minutes from Cagliari city center, port and airport. The Villa overlooks the main beach of the city, Poetto, which extends about 8 km from the coast of Quartu S. Elena to the promontory Sella del Diavolo. During the summer, the beach offers a wide range of equipped bathing where you can find sun beds, sun umbrellas and sun chairs. Along the Poetto, kiosks and many locals, opened over the year, propose light lunches. During the evening, the beach is also ideal for an aperitivo in front of the sea  and to listen small concerts of local bands and much more.The pond of Molentargius, favorite place for pink flamingos, is located a short walk from the villa.

Rooms
The Superior rooms vary in size, are furnished in a sophisticated and elegant way, according to a sophisticated but functional style. The renovation was done giving particular attention in order not to ruin the charm of the original structure.
The Superior rooms of Villa del Mare are equipped with: Minibar, TV Color LCD, Wi-Fi Internet connection. The Superior rooms can be garden or sea view. Third bed (adult) on request, only in certain types of rooms.
Apartments
The apartments of Villa del Mare are furnished in a style that goes back to the marine way. They are very comfortable and suitable for both couples and families with children, even for long stays. They are all very spacious; some have also a private garden. It is possible to add up to a maximum of 3 additional beds.
They feature the following amenities: linens (sheets and towels), complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, Minibar, TVC Chlorine LCD, Wi-Fi Internet connection.The treatment offered both for rooms and apartments is accommodation only, but the Villa del Mare is pleased to offer a small free breakfast to its guests.
