Location

The hotel is located in the lively resort of Porto Ottiolu, a short distance from Budoni and San Teodoro, on one of the most picturesque stretches of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the beauty of the area, such as the San Teodoro Lagoon and the Tavolara Protected Marine Area.

Hotel

The hotel is a newly built complex surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean maquis. The rooms are located both in the main building and on the ground floor directly on the well-kept gardens. In front of the main building are the swimming pools: one for adults equipped with sun beds and parasols and a smaller one suitable for children. A pretty little square hosts the piano bar in the evenings.

Rooms

The hotel's 77 rooms are located both in the main building and in the cottages on the ground floor. They all have an independent entrance and furnished veranda and are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, minibar, TV, telephone, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All rooms have two beds, almost all with the possibility of adding a third and fourth bunk bed.

The hotel also has two-room and three-room flats, all located on the ground floor in front of a garden with a furnished veranda. They are equipped with air conditioning (not present in all rooms) and the treatment provided is full board (kitchenette not available).

Beach

The Porto Ottiolu beach is about 600 metres from the hotel. It is characterised by fine sand and can be reached via a footpath surrounded by greenery. It is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds available subject to availability.

Services & Activities

Available to all guests, the hotel offers a 24-hour reception service, a swimming pool with solarium for adults and a small pool for children, a children's play area, a boutique, unattended outdoor parking and wi-fi at reception.

The entertainment staff entertain the little ones with games and activities from June to September. The mini-club for children aged 4 to 12 takes place in the small park.

The Club Card, compulsory from 4 years of age and payable locally, includes: use of the pools, group courses, daytime and evening entertainment, and mini-club.

An excursion centre and car rental are also available.
