Structure

The Bouganvillage residence is located in Tanaunella, a hamlet of Budoni which is only 2 km away and 8 km from the fashionable town of San Teodoro, the use of the car is therefore recommended.

The residence is made up of terraced flats on two levels, surrounded by beautiful gardens, have an independent entrance and are located around or near the swimming pool, the use of a car is therefore recommended. Out-door Wi-Fi (balcony/patio) for partial use.

Apartments

The Residence Bouganvillage flats can be found on the ground floor (and therefore have a patio) or on the 1st floor (with veranda), in both cases equipped with table and chairs.

The flats, finely furnished, are equipped with oven, toaster, satellite TV, air conditioning or air conditioning, iron and ironing board, kettle, hairdryer. Kitchenette with basic supply of crockery.

One-room apartment 2

The flat (23mq) is composed of living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom. Possibility to add a cot (with extra charge).

Two-roomed flat 4

The flat (30/37sqm) is composed of living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Possibility to add a cot (with supplement).

Three-roomed flat 6

The accommodation, about 47/50 sqm large, is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, small bedroom with two single beds or or bunk beds, bathroom. Possibility of cradle (with supplement).

Services

The reception is from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17:00 to 20.00.   

The fee includes:

Use of swimming pool, air conditioning, 1 beach umbrella per flat, WI-FI; shared washing machine, use of bicycles. Excursion booking service and car and motorbike rental (on payment).

The Residence Bouganvillage has a bar club house with private management, free WI-FI in common and pool areas, shared washing machine, solarium, swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and sunbeds until exhaustion, playground for children, barbecue for shared use (the services are also available to guests of Residence Le Vele).

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:
- Weekly forfait: Euro 70,00 per person per week; children 0/2 years free; children 3/11 years Euro 35. Forfait included until 14 June and from 14 September. Prices include electricity, water, gas, and the first supply of bed linen and towels. (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights).
- Final cleaning: Mono2 Euro 60,00; Bilo4 Euro 70,00; Trilo6 Euro 80,00. Kitchenette to the care of the customer, otherwise extra charge of Euro 50,00
- Deposit: euro 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the flat. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer.
- Tourist tax: payable in cash. The amount changes depending on the period.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE: (to be reported at the time of booking)
- Daily Tidying up: Mono2 euro 40.00; Bilo4 euro 40.00; Trilo6 euro 50.00 (excluding kitchenette)
- Linen: double bed euro 20.00 per change, single bed euro 10.00 per change, bathroom euro 10.00 per person per change.
- Beach towel (rental): 5 euro per change
- Family Kit (cot, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, pushchair, high chair): euro 8 per day.
- High chair/stroller: euro 2 per piece per day.
- American coffee machine: euro 2 per piece per day.
- Cot: 0-2 years old, euro 35.00 per week, free if brought by the customer.
- Extra bed: euro 15 per day (on request)
- Pets: small pets allowed (max 25 kg), excluding beach and common areas, euro 30.00 for additional cleaning

- Check-in: from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
- Check-out: before 10.00 a.m.
Arrivals after 8.00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the structure, otherwise the reception is not guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, an extra charge of euro 50.00 will be requested.
