Spread over two levels with a total of 1,100 square metres, the villa welcomes guests in spacious and elegant surroundings, with ten en-suite bedrooms (including two staff quarters), two independent annexes and a private park with direct access to a secluded beach.
The modern architecture dialogues harmoniously with the natural environment thanks to the use of valuable local materials such as Orosei marble, granite and juniper wood. The finely furnished interiors open onto panoramic terraces, manicured gardens and two swimming pools, one of which has a counter-current swimming system, hydromassage, heating and salt treatment.
Completing the experience is a private wellness centre with Turkish bath, sauna and Jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym and one of the island's rare squash courts. The outdoor spaces are designed to fully experience the Mediterranean dimension of the villa: dining and relaxation areas, a terrace for sunset aperitifs and a wood-burning oven surrounded by greenery.
