Villa Marea

Villa Marea is a villa with swimming pool 50 metres from the sea in the tourist area of Porto Rafael, 3.5 km from Palau on the north coast of Sardinia.
Recently renovated, the villa consists of a single floor facing the sea with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 sea-view bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one en suite and the other separate), a twin bedroom and a children's room with two bunk beds sharing a third bathroom. There is also a staff room on the property with a single bed and private bathroom. Villa Marea's outdoor areas offer a covered, well-appointed veranda with dining table, barbecue area and pizza oven and a garden with a rectangular swimming pool overlooking the sea. The beach 50 metres from the property is the Nelson sandy beach that can be accessed directly from the garden.
The centre of Porto Rafael is 1 km away, the centre of Palau is only 3.5 km away and from here you can reach La Maddalena by ferry (15 minutes). Other localities in the area: Baja Sardinia at 29 km, Porto Cervo at 32 km and Porto Rotondo at 41 km.
