Location
La Maddalena Archipelago, located in the north-eastern part of Sardinia, takes name from the biggest island, where is the new complex La Maddalena Hotel & Yacht Club. With a coastal development of about 180 Km, Maddalena Archipelago has been declared National Park in 1994 and represents one of the most beautiful and unspoilt Sardinian areas. Caprera island, the second largest island, houses general and patriot Giuseppe Garibaldi Museum, who has been lived in the island for more then 20 years, and where it died in June 1882. Olbia airport is about 45 Km from Palau; from here you can quickly reach the archipelago by ferry. Easily reachable by car are the others north Sardinia locations: Porto Cervo (35 Km), Alghero (177 Km), Nuoro (145 Km); you can also easily reach Corsica directly via sea.

Hotel
The project of La Maddalena Hotel & Yacht Club, was first designed to house G8 Summit, which were supposed to take place there in 2009. The ancient and strict navy arsenal has been transformed in what is destinated to became one of the most attractions of north Sardinia: elegant and refined, it includes a 110 independent rooms Hotel, a residence, a shopping area, restaurants, shops, cinema, cafés and a big tourist port. The big windows light the inside spaces and cast your eyes on the archipelago sea transparencies.

Rooms
The architectonical style is modern, elegant and refined. La Maddalena Hotel & Yacht Club is composed by 103 rooms, divided between 41 Superior, 46 Deluxe, 9 Executive and Junior Suites. All rooms are equipped with bathroom with tub or shower, air conditioning, WI FI, safe and mini bar. Suite prices are upon request.

Wellness Centre
The Fitness and Wellness Spa Essenzia centre of La Maddalena Hotel & Yacht Club develop 3500 meters and has been inspired by the roman thermae. Refined design, it includes Thalassotherapy, hydromassage, Hamam, fitness area, diet bar e restaurant.

Sport
Guests can use the well equipped fitness centre as well as practice open air sports such as tennis or five-a-side football, windsurf, sailing, waterskiing, and fishing.

Services & Activities
The project includes a wide shopping area with several restaurants, cafés, cinema and shops. Very important is also the new 1700 sqm Conference Centre, whit a Yacht Club, navigation shops, a Gourmet restaurant. Besides, the residence is surrounded by a large green area with spaces for children, a swimming pool and a seafront for romantic walks. The tourism port is a modern “Square over the sea”, which extends for over 7500 sqm. It can hosts up to 500 medium and large boats, no more than 100 meters long and it equipped with all modern high range services. Other services are available as: babysitting, courses and excursions.
