Spread over two levels and covering approximately 195 m², Casa Bianca accommodates up to 7 guests in four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The bright and tastefully furnished living room opens onto a small, well-equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing local dishes to enjoy on one of the two furnished terraces, perfect for al fresco dining. Surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean scrub, the private garden invites relaxation, while the private uncovered parking area ensures convenience and safety.

The villa’s location makes it easy to explore the area's most renowned beaches—such as Punta Molentis, Campulongu, and Simius—and to soak in the genuine local charm of Villasimius, with its boutiques, restaurants, and artisan shops.

As this is not a hotel, 24-hour reception is not available. Guests must arrange and confirm their check-in time at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Early or late check-in/out is subject to availability and additional fees.

Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night (children under 10 exempt, applicable from March to October)

Pets: not allowed, even small-sized ones
