Villa Antonina

Situated in the Gulf of Marinella, 5 km from Porto Rotondo and 7 km from Golfo Aranci, Villa Antonina is characterised by pretty paths surrounded by flowering gardens, and is immersed in the Mediterranean maquis. The villa is located in Baia de Bahas, 350 metres from the sea (small coves alternating with imposing granite rocks) and a few km from the most beautiful beaches in the gulf (Marinella, an equipped beach, is 1 km away). The city of Olbia is 15 km away. Use of a car is recommended.

Villa Antonina consists of 9 flats (including studios, one-, two- and three-room flats) equipped with every comfort, all with patio or furnished balcony overlooking the garden. Home to the first international school of Yoga in Sardinia, Sardegna Ashtanga Yoga, the property organises Yoga courses (on request and for a fee) in high season. There are two playgrounds and some externally managed services in the nearby (bar, market and pizzeria/restaurant). Possibility of water sports and diving nearby.

The reception is open from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00. Arrivals at different times must be notified in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Minimum stay of 3 nights until 28 June and from 14 September. In other periods minimum stay of 5 nights.

Small pets (max 25 kg) allowed with extra charge, on request (€ 30,00 for final cleaning, not allowed in common areas).

It is compulsory to respect the rules of separate waste collection which is carried out within the complex.

MANDATORY CHARGES (to be paid on site at check-in)

- Final cleaning: M2 € 70,00; B4 € 80,00; T6 € 90,00. Kitchenette and rubbish disposal to be paid by the client or extra charge of € 50,00.

- Forfait: per day per person from 15.06.2023 to 13.09.2023 € 10,00 adults; € 5,00 children 3/11 years, free of charge children 0/2 years. Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water and gas), 1 beach/pool towel per person, first supply of bed linen and towels (one tidy-up with linen change, for stays of 7 nights or more and multiples).  (excluding kitchenette). Service package included until 14 June and from 14 September.

- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash on site, compulsory for the municipality of Golfo Aranci. The amount varies according to the period.

- Deposit: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the flat. In the case of departures outside reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the customer).
