Villa Laura is located in Villasimius, in the secluded Santo Stefano area, one of the most enchanting corners of south-eastern Sardinia. The property enjoys a privileged position just a few steps from the sea, with direct access to the condominium beach and the beautiful Santo Stefano Beach, set within the natural scenery of the Capo Carbonara Marine Protected Area.

Surrounded by a well-kept private garden, the villa is arranged over two independent levels: the main residence, Villa Laura, and the Sea Garden Suite dependance, with independent access from the garden. This layout makes the property ideal for families or groups of friends wishing to share their holiday while enjoying private and independent spaces.

The architecture recalls the style of grand Mediterranean homes: soft volumes, white surfaces, green doors, stylised openings and loggias facing the sea. Natural light, the garden and the view of the horizon define the atmosphere of the house: elegant and authentic, with the landscape remaining the true protagonist.

Villa Laura offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main residence includes a living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, two bathrooms and two furnished loggias designed for outdoor living throughout the day. The Sea Garden Suite dependance offers a living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a furnished porch for outdoor dining.

The property is located approximately 60 km from Cagliari-Elmas Airport, about a one-hour drive away, and offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday in one of Sardinia’s most admired seaside destinations.

Conditions and practical notes

* The kitchen must be left clean. Otherwise, a penalty of € 50.00 may be deducted from the deposit.

* Waste disposal during the stay is the responsibility of the guests. In the event of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty of € 100.00 may be deducted from the deposit.

* Pets are not allowed, even small-sized ones.

Useful information

The property is offered exclusively as a single residential solution: Villa Laura and the Sea Garden Suite cannot be booked separately.

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., while check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.. Guests are required to communicate their arrival time at least 72 hours before the stay, in order to organise the villa welcome service in the best possible way.
