Su Sergenti Hotel is situated not far from the mean beach of Villasimius and to the city center. During the summer it is the ideal location to discover the local culture through its cuisine. Su Sergenti offers its guests attention and quality. It is a perfect and covenient mix for couples of all ages who love the sea and discover every day a different bay, reachables by car in a short time.

Location
A happy island of peace and tranquillity located in the southern outskirts of the tourist village of Villasimius. Only 150 mt from the old centre, that during the summer season is particularly lively and well attended and whose main attraction are its renowned restaurants and its big choice of boutique, where you can go shopping for all tastes.

A great peculiarity of Su Sergenti is for sure its closeness to the beautiful  beach of Simius, at only 800 mt, which is an expanse of fine white sand long 1 km. covering a sea with all the reflections of the light-blue colour. In and around, 3 km away, you can also admire the beautiful beach of Porto Giunco and the pond of Natteri, known destinations on the south-east coast of Sardinia.
Cagliari airport is at 55 km.

Hotel
Su Sergenti is an elegant pastel-coloured building that stands on a slight slope. Surrounded by a bush Mediterranean garden with colourful flowers of any kind, strikes the attention of the traveller on his arrival for its ability to instil a sense of tranquillity, although it is located next to a street.

It is perfect for those who want a break from their everyday life to experience rare moments of relax, but having at the same time  the opportunity to enjoy the social life whenever they have  the need, because there is the centre of Villasimius and also the nearby city of Cagliari, which offers different attractions in the evening.

Rooms
The Hotel has 34 rooms located mostly in the first and second floor and reachable through stairs or lift. They are divided into double and single and are all furnished with wooden furniture and fabrics in pastel colours of the sea, that make the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxing. Some of them may have a balcony and sea view, while the others overlook the pool or the garden. All rooms are fitted out with telephone, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, safe, bathroom with shower.

Beach
The Hotel has a concession in the beach equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, (apart from the period 22nd  April-20th May and the month of October) which are to pay  only in some periods of the season.

Restaurant
Next  to the reception you find the restaurant, that is fitted out with wooden tables covered with light-blue tablecloths and  light cream-coloured curtains, which create an intimate and friendly atmosphere. During the summer season it is also set up the outdoor terrace, which is adorned with climbing flowers and overlooks toward a thick Mediterranean vegetation. Here you can enjoy a good breakfast that will make your day starting in the best way possible. At  Su Sergenti it is possible to have only the Breakfast service. For lunch and dinner  you have a good choice of restaurants located near the hotel or in the village centre.

Services & Activities
The Hotel offers to its guests the reception service, laundry service, fax and copy service, excursions and a little  swimming pool, which is set in the back side of the building. This is a little corner equipped with thatched umbrellas and sun beds, that offers retreat for a pleasant reading or just sunbathe and relax. 

Tourist tax: The City of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax of € 1.00 per person/night (excluding children under 10 years) to be paid on spot. The tax applies to the year 2012, from 01.06.2012 to 30.09.2012.
