Surrounded by Mediterranean “macchia”, the Almar Timi Ama - Villasimius property cover 11 hectar of land divided from the sea from a salt lake populated by pink flamingos. 

The hotel is located just 2 km from the lively town of Villasimius and 55 km from the international airport of Cagliari Elmas.

Beach 

The fine white sandy beach is approx. 500 m from the hotel building away. It is considered as one of the most beautiful beach of the entire island.

The beach has sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a snack bar and can be comfortably reached with the shuttle-service. For anyone who likes to do any group activities, the staff of the animation does organize different types of entertainment. 

Starting from the 3rd row, the sun umbrella and loungers are free of charge. The 1st and 2nd row are available with a surcharge: € 120.00 per day for gazebos in the first row, € 90.00 per day for parasols in the first row and € 65.00 per day for parasols in the second row. Subject to change. 

Wellness Centre 

The Seawater Spa Timi Ama at Almar Timi Ama Resort & SPA is directly connected to the hotel, and represents the highlight in the services of this hotel. The centre is opened daily and allows clients to begin any treatment every day of the week.

Families 

There are plenty of opportunities for families to relax at the Almar Timi Ama Resort & SPA. For the little ones, there is the Baboo Club from 4 to 11 years of age. For 12 to 17-year-olds there is the Teens Only with activities designed for teenagers. The Kid's Playground area features slides and swings. A babysitting service is also available (for a fee).

The half-board formula includes breakfast and dinner buffet at La Veranda (beverages excluded).

Team sports lovers can enjoy two padel courts, two tennis courts, a five-a-side football field, and a basketball court. There are also dedicated areas for table tennis, beach volleyball, and bocce. A daily program of complimentary group classes includes yoga, Pilates, aquafit, welldance, and muscle awakening sessions—often held at sunrise or sunset in scenic outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery or facing the sea.

For a more tailored approach, the resort’s personal trainers are available to design customized programs, with the option of private lessons in tennis, restorative yoga, calisthenics, or technical swimming.

A wide range of additional paid activities completes the offer, such as boat or quad excursions, horseback riding, water sports, diving, and rubber boat rental. Just 700 metres from the resort, guests can also access an 18-hole golf course and an equestrian centre. Various excursions are also available for booking, including visits to caves, wineries, archaeological sites, and guided tours of the city of Cagliari.

August bank holiday: Surcharge to be paid at the agency for all those staying the night of 15 August. From 12 years of age and upwards € 200.00 while for children aged between 2 and 11 years, the supplement will be € 100.00 per person.

Pets
At Timi Ama, small four-legged friends are welcome, provided they are of small size (up to 10 kg) and upon request. A daily fee of 30 euros applies, payable on-site. To ensure the comfort of all guests, dogs are not allowed in public areas such as restaurants, the pool, the bar, the beach, the spa, the fitness center, and the kids' club. Please note that other types of pets are not permitted.

Tourist tax – the municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax, starting from € 3,50 per person/night (excluding children under 11 years) to be paid on spot.
