Just a few minutes from the center of Villasimius, Blue Bay Home is a cozy independent villa nestled in the peaceful hills of Porto Luna, one of the most sought-after residential areas on Sardinia’s southeastern coast. Spanning approximately 80 m² over three levels, the property is a perfect blend of comfort and simplicity—ideal for travelers seeking an authentic stay immersed in nature.

The heart of the villa is its furnished veranda, overlooking a manicured private garden—a delightful setting to enjoy breakfast, relax at sunset, or dine al fresco. Warm and welcoming interiors include a living area with dining space and a fully equipped kitchenette, along with three double bedrooms spread over the three levels: one on the ground floor with direct garden access, one in the basement, and one on the upper floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Porto Luna beach is just 300 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Also within walking distance are the stunning beaches of Is Traias and Punta Molentis, while the lively town center of Villasimius, full of shops, restaurants, and services, is just a short drive away.

Guests are responsible for waste disposal during their stay. Failure to dispose of waste properly will result in a € 100.00 deduction from the security deposit.

Kitchens must be left clean upon departure. A € 40.00 penalty will be charged otherwise.

Important Notes

Refundable security deposit of € 500.00 to be paid by credit card at check-in. It will be refunded upon departure, subject to damage inspection.

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Please note: This is not a hotel, and there is no 24-hour reception service. Guests must inform the staff of their expected arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. Requests for early or late check-in/out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax to be paid in cash on site upon arrival: € 1.00 per person per night (from March 1 to October 31, excluding children under 10).

Free street parking is available or in the unreserved parking area in front of the property.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
