Set over two floors, Villa Melograno comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in spacious and bright interiors. The ground floor features an elegant living area, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, some of which are en-suite. The stylish interiors open onto panoramic terraces, offering charming views of the sea and surrounding hills.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a lush private garden, an infinity pool with a fully furnished sunbathing area, and a shaded veranda—perfect for al fresco breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.

The property also includes two private parking spaces, an independent entrance, and a tranquil, private atmosphere—ideal for a relaxing and exclusive stay in one of Sardinia’s most beautiful areas.

The surrounding landscape is a mosaic of fine white sand beaches, centuries-old oak forests, and the majestic peaks of the Sette Fratelli oasis, a nature park perfect for walks and outdoor activities.

A refundable security deposit of €1,500.00 is required and must be paid by credit card at check-in. It will be returned at check-out, subject to damage inspection.

The municipality of Castiadas applies a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night, payable locally, for all stays from June 1st to September 30th. Children under 10 are exempt.

IMPORTANT: This is a private villa, not a hotel, so 24-hour reception is not available. Guests must arrange their check-in time at least 72 hours in advance. Requests for early/late check-in or check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
