This location offers easy access to some of the region’s most charming beaches, set within a stunning natural setting of white sand, turquoise waters, and Mediterranean landscapes. Cagliari Airport is about 60 km away, while the center of Costa Rei is approximately 1 km away.

The villas have been designed to blend harmoniously with the terrain and offer a stay characterized by privacy and independence, without sacrificing the amenities of a resort. All accommodations feature a private pool, garden, furnished outdoor patio, and reserved parking space.

The accommodation options are divided into three categories. The Superior Villas, located on the upper floor, can accommodate up to 5 guests and feature 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms; they stand out for their dual entrances, designed to ensure convenience and privacy. The Deluxe Villas, on the ground floor, accommodate up to 5 people and offer 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms, as well as direct access to outdoor spaces. The Executive Villas, spread over two levels, can accommodate up to 6 people and consist of 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, 3 bathrooms, and two outdoor spaces, ideal for those seeking even more spacious and comfortable accommodations.

To complete the experience, a stunning beach of fine white sand lies about 600 meters from the resort and can be reached on foot via a pleasant stroll or by golf cart with continuous service. The view of the famous Scoglio di Peppino and the gently sloping seabed make this stretch of coastline particularly suitable for families as well.

Dining

The resort’s restaurant offers a buffet service with assigned seating for the duration of your stay. The air-conditioned dining room, featuring large windows overlooking the pool area, provides a bright and pleasant atmosphere. During the week, there is also an evening dedicated to traditional Sardinian cuisine, accompanied by a folklore show, and an elegant evening.

For breakfast, the “Angolo del Dormiglione” is available, offering a light breakfast served at the central bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, including coffee and croissants. There is also a “Nature and Wellness Corner,” designed for guests mindful of a balanced diet, featuring a selection of specific products.

For guests with gluten or lactose intolerances, dedicated packaged staple foods are available with half-board and full-board plans. Upon request, we can also prepare meals using ingredients provided by the guest. Any dietary requirements must be noted at the time of booking.
