Villa Alice

Just a short distance from Genn’e Mari beach, on Sardinia’s south-eastern coast, Villa Alice is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation of Torre delle Stelle, a peaceful seaside destination renowned for its crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches. Its location also makes it easy to explore some of the most celebrated destinations in southern Sardinia, including Villasimius and Costa Rei, while Cagliari-Elmas Airport is approximately 60 km away.

Surrounded by a spacious private garden, the villa features bright and welcoming interiors, with warm tones and materials that blend naturally with the Mediterranean landscape. One of the property’s most distinctive features is its private path, which winds through the vegetation and leads directly to the rocky shoreline of Genn’e Mari, from where guests can also reach the sandy section of the beach.

Arranged over two levels, Villa Alice accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The raised ground floor is home to a spacious and bright living area with lounge and dining spaces, a kitchen and a fully equipped kitchenette. This level also includes a twin bedroom with a private external bathroom.

The lower-ground floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and features three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while each of the other two double bedrooms has its own private external bathroom with bathtub. The villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The outdoor areas are designed to be enjoyed throughout the day. The furnished veranda includes a dining area and a comfortable relaxation space, ideal for open-air breakfasts and summer dinners, while the garden offers privacy and a close connection with the surrounding natural setting. A built-in barbecue and two private covered parking spaces within the property complete the facilities.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms, while the shared living areas are not air-conditioned. The design of the house and its proximity to the sea encourage natural ventilation. Due in part to the property’s direct access to the sea, the villa is also equipped with double-glazed windows and discreet security grilles that blend into the architecture.

• Guests are required to provide their estimated arrival time at least 72 hours before the stay
• Refundable security deposit: €1,000, payable by credit card at check-in and refunded upon departure, subject to any damage to the property
• Pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed, with the exception of animals considered dangerous
• Tourist tax is not included and must be paid locally in accordance with municipal regulations
• The kitchen must be left clean; otherwise, a penalty of €100 will apply
