Just 300 meters from the golden sands of Solanas—one of the gems of the island’s southeastern coast—the villa enjoys a strategic location, 12 km from Villasimius and 36 km from Cagliari, making it an ideal base for exploring the region’s many wonders. 

The villa unfolds gracefully along a gentle slope, following the natural contour of the land and offering each room a south-facing orientation. This ensures a bright atmosphere filled with natural light and a splendid sea view from every corner. With a total surface area of approximately 145 sqm, Villa Lentischio features three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a welcoming living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for shared moments. 

The outdoor spaces capture the authentic soul of Sardinia: two furnished verandas ideal for slow breakfasts and starlit dinners, and a carefully maintained garden rich in local flora, including the lentisk plant from which the villa takes its name. Completing the experience are a built-in barbecue area and a private indoor parking area with three spaces, one of which is covered.

Waste disposal is the responsibility of the guests. Failure to properly dispose of waste will result in a € 100.00 penalty deducted from the security deposit.

Kitchens must be returned clean. Failure to do so will result in a € 40.00 penalty.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A refundable security deposit of € 800.00 is required at check-in, payable by credit card, and will be refunded at check-out, provided no damage has been done to the property.

Please note: This is not a hotel, and a 24-hour reception service is not available. Guests are kindly asked to notify the expected check-in time at least 72 hours before arrival. Requests for early or late check-in, as well as early or late check-out, are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

A short-term tourist lease agreement will be signed upon arrival.
