Villa Palmeto is located in the countryside of Santa Margherita di Pula, 600 m away from the namesake beach, 1.5 km from the beach of Cala Verde and 1.5 km from the beach of Pinus Village. It is spread over a single floor with a total area of 140 sq.m.

It consists of a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher (crockery is provided), a living room with a dining room and 3 double bedrooms, two of which have the possibility of adding a bed and a cot for a total capacity of 7 adults and an infant respectively. It also has a washing machine and flat-screen TV, along with a 24-hour reception service. The highlight is undoubtedly the surrounding garden, characterised by palm and olive trees and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The villa is also designed to enjoy partial sea views from a patio area equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and another area with chairs and sofas.

Additional services are also provided for a fee, such as car and bicycle rental, while indoor parking is free of charge.
