Located in the renowned destination of Castiadas, the villa enjoys a strategic position, allowing guests to easily reach the stunning Cala Sinzias beach, celebrated for its long stretch of fine golden sand, crystal-clear waters and the picturesque coves that define this beautiful coastline.

Set entirely on one level, Villa Silena accommodates up to six guests and offers bright, contemporary interiors designed for comfort and functionality. The living area features an elegant lounge with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly connect the indoor spaces with the furnished sea-view veranda, the perfect setting for outdoor breakfasts, family lunches or relaxing evenings with friends.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a third bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. A second bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

Outside, the spacious private garden features an exclusive swimming pool, a fully equipped sun terrace, an outdoor shower and inviting areas dedicated to relaxation. The property also includes a private outdoor parking space.
