Nichotel – Carloforte – island of San Pietro – South-Sardinia

Location
In the heart of Carloforte, the only town on the island of San Pietro, which is located in the Sulcis archipelago in the south west of Sardinia, near the picturesque water front promenade and the central square, there is the Nichotel. A few steps from here there are all the main services such as bank, pharmacy, ferry tickets of the Saremar and Delcomar Companies, shops, bars and restaurants, tourist information etc.. Moreover, there is the bus stop for buses that reach the beautiful white sandy beaches of the island. The Nichotel is within walking distance from the port. The trip, day and night, from Calasetta or Portovesme lasts about 30/40 minutes.

Hotel
This patrician building, which once housed the Greek-Turkish consulate, after careful renovation completed in 2007, has become a nice boutique hotel in the heart of Carloforte. The décor is refined, the design has no excesses, and is characterized by the kindness of the staff, always smiling and polite.

Rooms
The Nichotel has 17 comfortable rooms equipped with all the modern comforts (private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, telephone, LCD television with satellite channels, air conditioner, double glazed windows, high-speed Internet access, safe, mini bar), some of them have a sea view terrace. The double rooms are divided into:
Standard – double rooms also available for single use.
Superior – more spacious and comfortable than the Standard, available also for single use.
Lux (one room has a terrace) large as the Superior has 4 star hotels comforts and is available also for single use; 3rd bed possible.
Junior Suites (two of them with terrace) very comfortable, can accommodate up to three people.
Suite is very spacious and has a large terrace with a spectacular view over the promenade and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. 

Rooms with connecting door available on request - ideal solution for families.

Restaurants
The Nichotel does only have a small room for breakfast. The half board is available in one of the hotel’s associated restaurants. The one run by the owners of the Nichotel is the famous restaurant "Da Nicolò", located on the waterfront promenade, where guests can enjoy the delights of the Carloforte cuisine with some modern variations.
