LOCATION

Located on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, the Nicolaus Club Li Cucutti is about 2 km from the center of Budoni and 35 km from the port and airport of Olbia. The nearest beach is just 300 meters away and can be easily reached by crossing a lush pine forest.

HOTEL

The recently renovated village consists of 120 rooms surrounded by greenery and distributed on the ground floor. The offer is completed by a swimming pool area with solarium, a multipurpose field, a restaurant with outdoor area, bar, unattended internal parking and spaces dedicated to entertainment. Wi-Fi connection is available both in the rooms and in some common areas. Additional paid services include babysitting, laundry and external activities such as horse riding, go-karting and diving.

ROOMS

All rooms are furnished in Sardinian style with warm colors and natural materials. They offer independent entrance, equipped covered veranda, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and minibar (consumptions on payment).

BEACH

Just 300 meters from the property, the beach can be reached by walking along a small path through a pine forest. It is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds (included with the Club Card from the third row), and features an outdoor bar with restroom facilities. For an additional fee: beach towel rental and reservation of front-row seats.

FAMILIES

Nicolaus Club Li Cucutti is a paradise for families, with special attention to the little ones. The Nicolino Team, together with the mascot Nicolino, offers a rich program of creative and fun activities, divided by age groups. The Nick Club is dedicated to teenagers, with events and activities designed especially for them, from sports to social activities.

RESTAURANT

The main restaurant offers buffet service, with an air-conditioned indoor dining room and an outdoor terrace. Two themed evenings per week: one dedicated to traditional Sardinian cuisine and one featuring the catch of the day.

Club Card
Includes: beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room (subject to availability), from the third row onward (first and second row with extra charge), use of the swimming pool with equipped solarium area, daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children, group sports courses, sports fields during daytime hours.

MANDATORY COSTS
- Club Card: €56.00 per person per week from 3 years old.
- Infant Supplement: €98 per week, mandatory and payable at the time of booking. Includes: use of baby feeding room, silicone bib, and bathrobe/poncho.
- Booking fee: €45.00 per person per stay; children 0/11 years €25. The Nicolaus booking fee is 100% non-refundable.

Pets: allowed upon request, small size (max 10 kg), €20 per day payable on site.
