Location 
Spiagge San Pietro Resort is at mere 200 m from the sea, on a splendid stretch of coast in south-eastern Sardinia. The territory of Castiadas, renowned for its long stunning beaches, boasts a pristine natural environment and a rich archaeological heritage. A few kilometres away, the lively villages of Costa Rei and Villasimius offer restaurants and clubs, shops, boutiques and all kinds of services.

Distances to ports/airports: Cagliari port/airport 59 km; Arbatax port 97 km; Olbia airport 254 km.

From mid-June to mid-September, there is a city bus service, with a bus stop in front of the hotel entrance, that runs to the centre of Costa Rei and to some of the beaches in the area (e.g. to the beautiful Lo Scoglio di Peppino).

Hotel 
A lovely resort a few steps from the sea, Spiagge San Pietro spreads on an extensive green area and is characterised by arches with white, harmonic lines. Design elements alternate with minimalist furnishings; relaxation areas recall exotic settings and contribute to a refined, wellness-oriented atmosphere.

Rooms
Spread out in refined and elegant two-storey courtyards, surrounded by palm trees, olive trees and pretty fountains, the 100 rooms have an original minimalist décor. They have a patio if they are on the ground floor, or a terrace if they are on the first floor. Some of those with a patio have a private mini-pool.

3rd, 4th, and 5th rows: Classic and Comfort categories.

Rooms with more than 2 guests (excluding infants) will be provided with 2 beach umbrellas and 4 sun loungers.

Beach
The hotel offers its guest a reserved, equipped beach area on the Cala Sanzias beach, a beautiful stretch of fine white sand at just 200 m from the hotel’s main building.

Price for the first row: While supplies last, tickets for the first row are available for €40.00 (June) | €60.00 (July) | €80.00 (August) | €60.00 (September).

Beach towels with daily change are also included.

At a short distance lies some of the most stunning beaches in this part of Sardinia, including Cala Pira, Monte Turnu, Cala Sinzias, Santa Giusta and Sant’Elmo.

Restaurant

The Exoticus restaurant, with its exquisite furnishings and natural fabrics, is a feast for the eyes and sets the stage for a refined culinary experience, featuring dishes crafted from fresh, carefully selected ingredients and brimming with creativity, prepared with passion by Chef Mattia Abatiello. Hotel guests may choose to dine in the elegant, airy outdoor pergola or in the indoor dining room. The à la carte menu pays homage to Italian and Sardinian cuisine, reimagined with a sophisticated Asian twist.

Dress code: smart casual.

Dinner hours: 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM (last seating at 9:45 PM)

Breakfast is served in the poolside dining room from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM (last entry 10:30 AM)

At the Bistrot & Bar Jalisco, you can enjoy delicious snacks, salads, sandwiches, fresh pasta, and a variety of seafood and meat-based first and second courses—including grilled options—prepared with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, all day long. Every Monday (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM), the Bistrot comes alive with a traditional Sardinian evening, featuring a set menu for an additional fee.

Any food intolerances or dietary requirements (celiac disease, vegetarian, or vegan menus) must be reported at the time of booking so that the Resort staff can attend to the guest with the utmost care.

The pool area features a romantic and intimate venue, La Radice, where (upon request and for an additional fee) private dinners can be arranged.

You can request a well-stocked picnic basket for a beach picnic or for those going on an outing. This service must be reserved by 6:30 p.m. the day before.

Sports

The resort has 5 sports courts, which can be used free of charge (from sunrise to sunset) for tennis, five-a-side football and paddle. Guests can also take part in outdoor yoga classes twice a week and use the modern fitness area. Possibility of guided diving, snorkelling in the Capo Carbonara marine protected area, kayaking, canoes, trekking, and various excursions.

The Spiagge San Pietro Resort has two outdoor swimming pools, equipped with showers and parasols.

Other available services : a prestigious boutique, evening piano bar, customised wellness treatments, hairdresser, library, unattended indoor parking, porter service from 07:30 to 22:30, laundry and ironing service.

The Concierge is happy to satisfy every request, and happy to recommend the best activities, depending on your needs: excursions, guided tours, vineyard tastings, typical dinners with shepherds, sailing, horse riding, car hire and much more.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and most of the interior areas of the resort.
