Location

Th Liscia Eldi San Teodoro is located 1.2 km from the town of S. Teodoro, a lively tourist resort known for its beautiful beaches and nightlife. The resort is located in Punta Isuledda, a short distance from the coast's most renowned beaches.

Olbia Airport is 30 km away. 

Hotel

Set within a lush 5-hectare park, Th Liscia Eldi San Teodoro is located 300 metres from the first beach. Spacious common areas and a variety of services characterise the resort, which offers a wide range of facilities for both adults and families

Rooms

Divided into different types, the 220 rooms have a simple, pastel-coloured style, a separate entrance and a private bathroom with shower. They are divided into different types, some of which are suitable for families.

Beach

The nearest beach is Cala d'Ambra, located 300 metres away and characterised by pebbles and rocks. With a panoramic view of Tavolara Island, it offers a service of umbrellas and deckchairs on the sand or in the relaxation area behind, subject to availability. The Isuledda beach, on the other hand, is located 600 metres away, is characterised by white sand and is suitable for children's bathing. Parasols are available for placement, subject to availability.

Families

The resort organises many sports activities, dances, music and games for children and young people aged 3 to 17, who will have fun and make new friends, together with mascot THinky. The service is available from 10/06 to 16/09.

Parents with small children can make use of the pushchair rental service.

The THinky Card, which is compulsory for children 0-3 years old, also includes: cot, changing table, bottle warmer (on request, against payment of a deposit), baby bath tub and bed linen set in the room, high chair in the restaurant, baby bottle service with some baby food products, baby food service with selected basic products, dishes cooked daily by the chefs, children's courtesy set.

Restaurant

Excellent traditional local dishes alternate with Mediterranean delicacies in a combination of flavours that will add an extra touch to your holiday. The restaurant with panoramic views offers buffet service and provides the option of requesting a Lunch Box to take lunch to the beach. There is a dedicated area for children called Ristoland, with buffet service assisted by the entertainment team.

Sports

There are numerous sports activities available: tournaments, group and individual tennis lessons, fitness activities. There is a five-a-side football pitch, a tennis court and a beach/green volleyball court.

Services & Activities

Thanks to the TH Crew, guests can participate in games, sports activities, tournaments, themed events and parties, and evening shows. The resort has a swimming pool with bar service, Wi-Fi in the common areas and in the rooms, internal unguarded parking, boutique, pram rental with deposit, excursion office, diving centre (with fee).

Small pets (maximum 10 kg) are allowed on request, at a cost of € 20.00 per day.
