Upstairs, the sleeping quarters include four beautifully appointed double bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers, all finished with high-quality materials. At the heart of the outdoor space is a private saltwater pool surrounded by a well-equipped sun deck. An outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, outdoor shower and bathroom complete the alfresco living experience, designed for total relaxation and privacy.

Waste disposal is the responsibility of guests. A € 100.00 penalty will be deducted from the deposit for failure to dispose of waste properly.
Kitchens must be returned clean. Failure to do so will incur a € 100.00 penalty.

Please note: As this is not a hotel, there is no 24-hour reception. Guests are kindly requested to inform the booking office of their arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. Requests for early or late check-in/check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Tourist tax: € 2.00 per person/night (max 21 nights – minors under 14 excluded
