Among the dishes created by the chef, we suggest you to try “ pecorino in salsa di crescione e bottarga”, small ravioli with red onion and butter with goat cheese, “bocconcini di rana pescatrice con carciofi e uova di riccio”, melted goat cheese with honey. The delicious desserts are a must at the Hibiscus Restaaurant.
