Very spacious, Villa Lepre has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, for a total of sixteen beds divided in two floors.

The ground floor has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a gym, squash, Turkish bath, panic room and atomic shelter.
On the first floor, which is accessed via a convenient elevator, are there are three spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a spacious living room and dining room, kitchen with modern facilities, an office with guest bathroom, solarium and panoramic view.

Villa Lepre also has a guesthouse with own entrance, two bedrooms with bathroom, kitchen and veranda.
