In order to „taste“ Sardinia and to learn to appreciate the scents, colours, spices und herbs the “legendary” Prof. Vincenzo Atzeri invites you to participate in Sa Festa di Casa Atzeri where you will enjoy a typical Sardinian dinner in the enchanting ambience of the historic South Sardinian country house which is situated in the middle of the green and the scents of the Mediterranean vegetation.
In the middle of the nature which is characterised by the intense green of the “corbezzolo” (a typical Mediterranean plant)and the myrtle which decorate the garden of the covered yard in which the clients sit on semi circled tables and while you admire the folkloristic performance you can enjoy the delights which are prepared by the chefs who know how to connect traditional techniques and the creativity of cooking extraordinary meals. Antipasti (starters) of Sardinian salami and different kinds of raw ham, different kinds of cheese, vegetables marinated in oil and/or vinegar; Primipiatti (typical Sardinian noodle dishes) Malloreddus, Culungiones, Ravioli di Ricotta; Secondi piatti di carni (main courses of meat): Suckling pig roasted on the spit, Sardinian roast sausages and, according to the season lamb and/or goat.
Transfer costs are not included in his excursion therefore ideal for people who have a rent car.
